About this site

This site is run by the Independent Badminton Federation UK (“IBFUK”). It provides information about tournaments, players, clubs and the wider badminton community, and lists the businesses that sponsor our work.

Using the site

You are welcome to browse, link to and share our pages. Please do not:

• copy large parts of the site — particularly the player directory — for use elsewhere, or scrape it automatically;
• use the contact form to send unsolicited marketing;
• attempt to gain access to the admin area or interfere with the site’s operation.

Accuracy of information

We keep tournament details, player grades and club information as accurate as we can, but they change often and we cannot promise everything is correct or current at the moment you read it. Please check with us or with the organiser before relying on anything here — particularly dates, venues and gradings.

If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

Players and members

Entries in our player and member directories are published to support the badminton community. If you are listed and would like your entry corrected or removed, please contact us.

Sponsors and advertising

Some businesses pay to appear on this site. Their adverts and listings are marked as sponsored, and links to them are tagged accordingly.

A sponsor appearing here is not an endorsement or a recommendation by IBFUK. Any offer a sponsor advertises — including offers for our members — is a matter between you and that business. We are not a party to it, we do not guarantee it, and we cannot take responsibility for the goods or services they provide.

Other websites

Where we link to another website we do so because we think it may be useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Our content

The IBFUK name, logo, page text and photographs on this site belong to IBFUK or to the people who provided them, and may not be reused commercially without permission. Sponsor logos and artwork belong to the sponsors concerned.

Liability

We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
